This summer, Bespoke Elite Speaker Training (BEST) was proud to serve as a headline sponsor for TEDxNorthwich 2025.

Our founder, Leon Lloyd, first connected with the TEDx community in 2024, when he delivered his talk “From Me to We: Recognising the Hidden Heroes of Teamwork.” The talk sparked powerful conversations about leadership, collaboration, and the unseen contributions that make teams thrive. That experience confirmed the natural alignment between BEST and TEDx — a platform dedicated to sharing bold ideas that can inspire change.

Why we partnered with TEDxNorthwich: At BEST, our mission is to help leaders, professionals, and aspiring speakers elevate their communication. From public speaking training and keynote speaker coaching to developing leadership communication skills, we believe that powerful communication is a skill anyone can learn and refine.

Partnering with TEDxNorthwich allowed us to extend that mission beyond our programmes, by supporting a stage where diverse voices and transformative ideas could reach hundreds of people in the room — and thousands more online.

Reflecting on TEDxNorthwich 2025: The event, held on Saturday 5th July 2025, was a celebration of storytelling, innovation, and human connection. We’re proud to have played a part in bringing it to life and in helping to spotlight speakers who are making a real difference.
