What Is Speak With Impact?
SPEAK with Impact is a high-impact communication programme for professionals who need to present with clarity and authority in high-pressure environments. It’s built around our 5-stage SPEAK™ framework and can be delivered as a keynote, workshop, or full-day training session depending on your goals and team needs.

What To Expect?
Our delivery approach is as unique as the programme itself and places continual personal development (CPD) at its core. We combine in-person masterclasses with immersive virtual reality and experiential learning to offer a blended, practical training experience. This hybrid model allows for tailored face-to-face coaching while giving delegates the flexibility to engage with digital modules at their own pace. In-person sessions focus on live storytelling, message development, delivery practice, and immediate feedback. Delegates also complete leadership exercises in advance to help shape their personal and authentic narrative.
We incorporate breathing techniques and body control strategies to help participants manage nerves and step outside their comfort zone, so the stage, platform, or boardroom becomes familiar territory. The immersive VR component is a ‘game changer’ that builds upon the face-to-face learning, making it easy to scale training across teams. Sessions range from 3 hours to a full day and can be led by one or more of our expert delivery team of trainers, depending on the size of the group, organisational objectives and available budget.
