Q3. Who are your programmes for?
A: Our programmes are designed for:

  • Leaders and professionals who want to communicate with more clarity and impact
  • Experts who want to turn their experience into powerful talks
  • Individuals who feel capable but lack confidence or structure when speaking

We work with both novice speakers and experienced presenters who want to refine their style.

Programmes & Fit

Q4. What types of programmes do you offer?
A: We offer a range of options to suit different needs, including flagship cohort-based programmes (such as SPEAK Exec), live workshops for teams, and digital / self-paced learning through our online courses. Each programme focuses on building confidence, structure, storytelling and audience connection.

(You can adjust this line to match the exact programmes currently live in your navigation.)

Q5. How do I know which programme is right for me?
A: It depends on your goals, experience and time commitment. If you’re preparing for high-stakes talks or want deep transformation, a flagship programme is often best. If you want your whole team to improve, a tailored in-house workshop might be more suitable. If you’re at the early stages or prefer to learn at your own pace, our digital options are a good starting point.
If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll recommend the best fit based on a short conversation.

Q6. Do you work with organisations as well as individuals?
A: Yes. We regularly partner with organisations who want to develop the communication skills of their leaders and teams. We can run existing programmes for a closed group or design a bespoke pathway aligned to your culture, strategy and learning budget.

Delivery, Format & Logistics

Q7. Are your programmes delivered online or in person?
A: We offer a blend of formats:

  • In-person workshops and cohort experiences (where locations and dates are confirmed)
  • Live online sessions via video platforms
  • On-demand digital content for self-paced learning

The exact format varies by programme, and will be clearly outlined on the relevant programme page and in your joining information.

Q8. How much time do I need to commit?
A: Time commitment depends on the programme:

  • Cohort-based and in-person programmes usually follow a structured schedule (for example, a series of half-day or full-day sessions).
  • Digital / self-paced learning can be done in shorter blocks that fit around your schedule.

If time is a concern, we can help you choose an option that works realistically alongside your other responsibilities.

Q9. Where do in-person sessions take place?
A: In-person sessions are typically held at professional venues or client offices, depending on the format. For open cohorts, venue details are confirmed in advance and sent with your joining instructions. For corporate bookings, we agree a location that works best for your team.

Q10. Do you offer 1:1 coaching as well as group programmes?
A: Yes. In addition to group programmes, we offer personalised 1:1 coaching for leaders and professionals who want targeted support on a specific speech, event or development goal. This can be combined with programme participation or booked separately.

Results, Pricing & Next Steps

Q11. What kind of results can I expect?
A: While everyone starts from a different place, most participants report:

  • Increased confidence speaking in front of others
  • Stronger structure and storytelling in their talks
  • Clearer, more compelling messages
  • Improved presence and impact in meetings, pitches and keynotes

Our aim is that you leave not just feeling more confident, but with practical tools you can apply immediately in your role.

Q12. Do I receive a certificate when I complete a programme?
A: Yes. Participants who complete a programme receive a B.E.S.T certificate of completion, which you can reference in your professional development records, on LinkedIn, or in internal performance reviews.

Q13. How much do your programmes cost?
A: Pricing varies depending on the programme type, duration and whether it’s an individual place or a corporate booking. Because we tailor our work, we’ll usually provide pricing after a short conversation to ensure we’re recommending the right solution.
For current rates, please contact us directly via the form on our Contact page.

Q14. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: Our exact terms vary by programme, but we always provide clear information in your booking confirmation. Generally, we ask for notice if you need to reschedule, and corporate engagements are subject to agreed terms and conditions. If you have a specific question about dates or changes, please let us know as early as possible.

Q15. How do I get started or ask a question that isn’t listed here?
A: If you’re ready to explore working with us, the easiest next step is to get in touch via our Contact page or the “Get In Touch” button at the top of the site. Tell us a little about your goals and timescales, and we’ll respond with suggestions and next steps.
