NICOLA BENNETT, BORN AND RESIDES IN LONDON. Nicola rose from an ordinary background to become one of the most recognizable female professional golfers, motivational speakers and self help gurus. Nicola has stepped forward into a community she was unfamiliar with, and was able to manifest great positive change. Nicola provides structured plans for ultimate performance for teams and leaders.
In her seminars and interviews, Nicola often shares insight to her difficult transition to adulthood and challenges she’s faced as the only black female professional golfer in the United Kingdom and how finding a new direction in spirituality assisted her with strenuous obstacles and adjusting her thought process to taking on challenges effectively.
Having spent many years competing as professional golfer, Nicola qualified as a PGA Coach and is currently the only black female PGA coach in the UK. She has developed and manages the most successful women’s golf programme in the country and she is an ambassador for The Golf Foundation. She is now following her passion of bringing enlightenment to a wider audience using her unique tactics and delivering skills. She thrives in pressured environments such as delivering impactful message in front of thousands of individuals, hosting, and live television.
Nicola is an integral part of the corporate golf industry in advocating change, growth, diversity and what it means and looks like to have adversity muscles. Nicola’s keynote speech consists of mastering performance, effective communication and leadership whilst implementing neuroscience approaches to establish authenticity for sufficient results that have a ripple effect from all participants . Nicola has undertaken the essential Wim Hof Method training and has utilised this into her awareness approaches, dividing thoughts from emotions to then taking the best approaches in all circumstances.
